Take a tour of this ale brewery in the Scottish Highlands and afterwards, you can enjoy an ale with your pup in their pub. Dogs are welcome in the pub and have the option to try their very own dog ale.
Inveraray Jail - Inveraray, Argyll
Further round Loch Fyne, there is another unique attraction in Scotland - Inveraray Jail. Dogs are allowed to tour the jail alongside their humans. On their website, they state that “Pooches were locked up in Inveraray Jail back in Victorian times, so we can hardly say no to them today!”.
National Cycle Museum - Powys, Wales
The National Cycle Museum houses the largest collection of bicycles in the UK. Established in 1981 the museum has an arrangement of bicycles dating back to the 19th century. Whether you have an interest in bicycles or just want something a little different to do, the museum offers a pleasant afternoon with your pup by your side.
Newlyn Art Gallery - Penzance, Cornwall
This dog-friendly art gallery in Cornwall has a variety of exhibitions and family events spanning the year across two sites. Certain exhibitions may not allow dogs in, so check before you go, but generally, dogs are allowed in the galleries and in the on-site cafes.

Self-described as “an emporium of eclecticism, a totem of indie commerce”, it is the UK’s first fully dog-friendly shopping centre. With a wide range of shops, it is the perfect place to lose an afternoon strolling through the stalls with your well-behaved four-legged friend.
