Mollie and her borrower Mary

20 March 2018

"Everyone's life changes at some point, whether planned or unexpected. For me, it was a bit of both. When the loss of my family's beloved Labrador coincided with me moving away from home, the dog-shaped hole in my life was bigger than ever. Fast forward 3 years, and BorrowMyDoggy has continuously filled this hole and allowed me to spend time with so many incredible dogs. My most recent (and favourite!) match is Mollie, the unbelievably gorgeous golden Cocker Spaniel pup. She is a very welcomed relief to a busy (and somewhat hectic) London lifestyle and my weekends with her are always healthier than usual. We spend time together exploring, exercising and socialising - what more could you want? I like to think her owners can relax when she's with me, knowing she's having a good time - her exceptionally waggy tail upon arrival certainly implies she enjoys herself. It's impossible not to smile when you're around Mollie. I would recommend BorrowMyDoggy to absolutely anyone and believe me when I say it will change your life for the better." - Mollie's borrower, Mary.

I previously had a Labrador as teenager and I was heartbroken when he passed away. I felt unable to get another dog as he was the family’s everything.
